It is a series of ten glacier-fed waterfalls inside the mountain that you can see from the inside via its own cave-like carving and due to a number of stairwells that were built in 1913 and maintained ever since. Trümmelbach is a natural UNESCO World heritage site as it is formed by glacier melt-water from Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau that form a powerful raging torrent that carries 20,000 liters of water per second through the caves.
