While “degrees” are awarded by institutions, programming certificates are industry accepted. We utilize programs from Harvard University in the United States and well-known industry-approved online learning platforms that provide highly accepted professional programming certifications. The certificates that you earn will have those industry credentials on them, as well as QR codes that employers can use to verify them. Most importantly, you will also earn elite certifications from AWS, Cisco, Google, Microsoft, and CompTIA.

Our program is designed to utilize sources that are already available in the marketplace, it is not a stand-alone course. Our Introduction to Programming module is provided through Harvard University, which provides their own certificate. Our training programs are provided through Codecademy Pro, Pluralsight Skills Premium, Pluralsight Flow Plus, freeCodeCamp, Microsoft, and Amazon. Then our in-house agency helps you gain experience and money by directly partnering you up with remote freelancing jobs. Lastly, our career services team helps you build your resume, cover letters, and technical portfolios while helping you find potential employers and preparing you for your technical interviews.

Generally, to do the training portion of the program, it requires about 1-3 hours per day - or about 5-15 hours per week (you could just do it on the weekend or after work). With that, you should be able to complete the training part of the program in the timeframe that is listed on this page (each skillset has a different timeframe, but those are listed on the images for each of the separate programs).

While you can reach out in the community to get assistance in any of our training modules at no additional cost, you can also get a personalized tutor or mentor to help you progress through the program. The cost of those services depend on your level of requirement and range from $500 to $5,000. Our tutors and mentors each have a minimum of 10 years of industry coding experience and previous tutoring/mentoring experience as well. We do our best to pair you with a tutor or mentor that will be specific to your area of training. Feel free to request a free consultation to decided if mentorship or a tutor is right for you.

Every aspect of this program is designed to be 100% online and available to everyone around the world. Networking in the coding community is also global, but there are some larger communities in certain regions or large cities specifically. Please note that we introduce you into the larger networks and provide job interview training based on those larger areas because that is where the higher paying remote jobs are offered. Your location will not matter for these networking events or job interviews as they will all be online through the Teams or Zoom apps.

This program is designed for beginners, meaning that you do not require any previous experience with coding. We are moving into an era where programming and artificial intelligence will be used in almost every type of career, and there is currently still a shortage of people to cover the number of jobs available. These careers offer career mobility, increased flexibility, and job security. However, it may be unlikely that someone in programming will keep a career at any one specific company for 10-30 years in a row, there will always be companies looking for your skills and likely ready to offer you an increase in your salary to switch within 2-5 years. As the pay increases rapidly, you may not find the need to work for more than 10-20 years.

A desktop or laptop computer is required. Our program and the training programs that we utilize work best on newer browsers such as Chrome or Firefox. Using a tablet (iPad, Amazon Fire, etc) might present issues because our web application is only available for desktop or laptop computers.

Our program is designed to give you the ultimate flexibility on how long you require to complete the program. What this means is that we do not limit the amount of time it takes for you to complete it, and therefore there is no way to fail the program. However, the initial price only includes 12 months of module 3 (the training module), so you would need to pay for more time with that module if you do not complete it within a 12 month period.

As there are no time limits required to complete the program, and no way to fail this program unless you decide to quit on your own accord, there also cannot be a rate attributed to graduation. We do not provide our own certificates. Graduation certificates are provided by our various partners: Harvard University, Microsoft, Amazon, Codecademy Pro, Pluralsight Skills Premium, Pluralsight Flow Plus, and freeCodeCamp. All of the courses provided are at-your-own-pace. We can say that despite having a 100% money back guarantee, we have not had anyone make use of that guarantee up to this point. Everyone that has completed module 5 has accepted a high-paying remote job within 3 months.
